Your journey begins with a Concierge Consultation. Dr. Driver will meet with you, virtually or in person, to understand your current health, review your goals, and design a plan that may include concierge care, medical marijuana, or weight loss strategies.
You must have a qualifying condition approved by the state, such as chronic pain, PTSD, cancer, or another condition that benefits from cannabis therapy. Dr. Driver will review your records and determine eligibility during your consultation.
Absolutely. All plans include telemedicine options for follow-ups, acute care needs, weight loss monitoring, and medical marijuana renewals. This allows you to receive care anywhere in Florida.
We offer options such as Phentermine, Contrave, Qsymia, Wegovy, and Zepbound injections. Your plan is tailored to your needs and may also include nutrition guidance and lifestyle support.
Emerald Plan: 2 in-home visits + 3 telemedicine visits

In Florida, certifications must be renewed every 7 months to stay active in the Medical Marijuana Use Registry.
Yes. Depending on your membership plan, you can receive 1–4 in-home visits annually for exams, screenings, or treatment without leaving your home. This is especially convenient for busy schedules or those who prefer a private care setting. We can also provide in-home lab testing including flu, COVID-19, strep, and urinalysis.
Concierge memberships are self-pay. Insurance will not be billed for in-home or virtual/telemedicine visits. It is still important to have insurance to cover medications, laboratory testing, imaging studies, specialty doctor visits, Emergency Department visits, and hospitalizations. Some weight loss and hormone replacement medications may be covered by insurance depending on your plan, but we also offer self-pay options.
Yes. You can move to a higher tier at any time to increase your access, number of visits, or scope of services.
As a concierge medicine practice operating outside of insurance networks, we are unable to submit HMO referrals on your behalf.
The best setup is to keep your assigned HMO PCP for referrals, while using Driver Signature Health for personalized, high-touch medical care. This way, you get the convenience and depth of concierge medicine without losing the financial protection of your HMO coverage.
Through scheduled follow-ups, either virtually or in person, to monitor your progress, adjust medications if needed, and keep you accountable.
Dr. Driver can see patients 6 years or older. She can complete in-home school physicals. There are rate adjustments for ages 6 - 17 years old. Please refer to the Membership Plan Pricing.

There are two costs associated with obtaining your Florida Medical Marijuana card (MMJ). The fee for the Florida Marijuana Doctor to certify you and the state processing fee of $75 payable directly to the Florida Office of Medical Marijuana use.
